General Policies

Personal Training sessions are one hour long and each session must be paid in full prior to your scheduled session.

Please be on time for appointments. Personal Training sessions that start late due to a client's late arrival will still end one-hour from the original planned start time.

Late Policy – There is a 10 minute grace period. After 10 minutes, it will be considered a no-show and that session is forfeited.

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact me as soon as possible. Cancellations need to be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled training session. If notified less than 24 hours, the session is forfeited.

All Training Packages and sessions must be paid in full prior to training. Upon completion of a package, if you would like to continue training you must purchase a new package before resuming training. Appointments will not be scheduled without payment.

For distance shows that require travel over 100 miles from Zip 98011, once you have committed and registered for your show, you will be charged the daily rate (minimum $300 per day). This fee must be prepaid and is non-refundable. NO EXCEPTIONS. Other fees may apply including hotel, airfare, ground transportation, and trainer pass. Such fees may be split among other athletes who are also competing at the show and payment in full is required prior to any travel arrangements being made.

Service Cancellation Policy

Service Cancellation Policy - Should you decide to cancel your services, we require fifteen (15) days' written notice before your next monthly billing cycle. Prepaid packages (3, 6, or 12 months) are non-refundable. These packages are offered at a discounted rate, which is why we're unable to issue refunds. However, any unused credit from a prepaid package can be applied towards future services for up to six months from the original purchase date. No exceptions will be made to this policy.
